Every Race, 1990–2026: Cycling, Triathlon, Running

I kept the results. Not deliberately at first — a paper résumé from junior bike racing, then a training log, then whatever Strava and Athlinks happened to remember. Assembled, it comes to 160 finish lines over 36 years.

It opens in 1990 with a 50-mile ride at thirteen, then a 100-mile ride at fourteen and ends at Big Sur Marathon this past April. In between: three seasons of criteriums around the Carolinas, a decade of triathlon that included three Ironmans, and ten years of running that pulled steadily toward the trail.
